I was just on vacation, and I had the most delicious Peanut Butter cookies. I stayed at a Hilton and they had a little bakery in one section. While it was great, it wasn’t my favorite peanut butter cookie I’ve eaten. I think my favorite (other than my grandmother’s) came from Heavenly Ham in New Britain, PA. Delicious! It’s probably better that I don’t live over that way anymore!

My all time favorite chocolate cookie would come from Whole Foods. They have a Chocolate Chewie cookie that is a low fat cookie that just melts in your mouth. I’ll tell you I searched high and low for the recipe, and even checked out their own cookbook with recipes to see if it was in there. Nope, not there…
