I love sweets. The problem is, I don’t want to be in the kitchen all day long baking, so I’d much rather have a
quick and easy recipe!

I want to point out is how much easier your entire baking process can be with the right cookie sheets and
materials. You can find a post about my favorite cookie sheets here. There are a lot of different kinds. Did you know that different cookie sheets yield different results?

Another way I create quick and easy cookie recipes is by using store bought products and tweak them to make them my own. Imagine this, you’re told at the last minute your child’s school needs you to bake cookies for a bake sale! Yikes, you don’t have much time.

Simply using slice and back cookies, but taking the time to add your own special ingredients can be a quick save. Sugar cookies, decorated with sprinkles to look homemade is one way, or maybe add some small candies like M&M’s, Reese Pieces, or even extra chips like Peanut Butter or Butterscotch chips can make them unique. Don’t forget about things like crushed walnuts or other goodies. No one needs to know you did a quick fix, because they’ll be raving about how much time and effort you put into those great chocolate-walnut-chip cookies!

Of course homemade recipes are always the best – I’m going to veer a little off course here and show you a couple of different sweet treat recipes too.
