Easy Peanut Butter Glazed Fudge

Today we’re going to make a delicious Peanut Butter Glazed Fudge. It’s my favorite flavor of fudge, so it was a perfect way to start off!

Peanut Butter Glazed Fudge
(recipe makes 12 pieces of fudge)

Ingredients You Will Need:

3 cups semi sweet chocolate chips
1 cup peanut butter chips (divide equally into 2 sections)
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
1/8 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup whipping cream

Let’s get started:

Using a heavy saucepan, on low heat, you’re going to combine the chocolate chips, condensed milk and salt. Make sure to stir it often. The chips will begin to melt, and as you stir it, it will become smooth. Once the mixture becomes smooth, remove it from the heat.

Now you’re going to combine 1/2 of your peanut butter chips (1/2 cup) and your vanilla to your mixture. Stir them together quickly, so that they all melt together.

Prepare a square glass casserole dish or pan with a piece of wax paper on the bottom of it.

Pour your mixture into the pan. Make sure to smooth it out so it’s evenly distributed in the pan.

Put your fudge into the fridge for 2 hours. (this will firm up the fudge)

Glazing the fudge is optional, but it’s a great touch!

To glaze your fudge, you’re going to melt your remaining peanut butter chips in a saucepan with your whipping cream.

Cook the mixture over low heat until it’s smooth. Once your glaze is smooth, you’re going to spread it across the chilled fudge. It should only have to stand for about 5-10 minutes before you can cut into it!
