I like easy fast cookies. I’ve been super busy lately, and have had my hands more than full. With the warmer season gearing up, I’m trying to get extra work done so I have more free time to play outside in the sunshine. What does that mean when it comes to cookies? I was over on Amazon this morning, and browsing through some books, when I came upon a couple of books that were worth mentioning here. Each of these books gets high ratings through customer reviews. When it comes to making cookies, we all have our own favorite recipes, but for me there are two things that I like to consider….memories, and the other thing is convenience. I love that there are ways to make a super duper quick snack for my kids or husband.
